Journal Article 2020 10 16     Systematization and the necessity of doing it as one of the multiple steps of the process of the Islamic Revolution in order to achieve Islamic civilization, is not a project that can be fulfilled through a certain argument and documents in a specific course of time. Rather, it is a process that requires fundamental steps to be taken, and of course, in each step, an autonomous view must be expressed so that, in the end, systematization can be achieved as a result of taking these steps. Regardless of whether the Islamic system is foundational and requires systematization or whether the system is exploratory, in the process of systematization, the system should be defined at the stage of imaginary principles and its relationship with concepts such as model, organization and institution should be considered. Systematization based on principles must be considered and its components and pillars taken into account. The method of establishing or discovering the system must be acquired, the external model of the system created, and the appropriate resources considered. Naturally, while enumerating the characteristics of the ideal system, by determining some criteria, it should be evaluated, and by distinguishing between macro-systems, inter-systems and micro-systems, based on the Islamic system, intermediate and partial systems, and the relationship between them should also be taken into account and the means of realization as well as objectivity of the system should be considered. Of course, the political system under the category of jurisprudence of the political system will normally be organized and realized by making decision about these steps. This current study, through a methodology based on Muzaf philosophy, with a second-degree look at the issues of systematization, while believing in the possibility of Islamic systematization, will examine three processes for its realization. نظام‌سازی و ضرورت انجام آن به‌عنوان یکی از گام‌های چندگانه فرایند انقلاب اسلامی در راستای وصول به تمدن اسلامی، پروژه‌‌ای نیست که با استدلال و استنادات معیّنی در بازه زمانی مشخّصی حاصل شود، بلکه فرایندی مستلزم برداشتن گام‌هایی اساسی است و طبعاً در هر گام نیز باید دیدگاه مختار بیان شود تا درنهایت نظام‌سازی، به‌مثابه برآیند این گام‌ها‌ حاصل شود. فارغ از این‌که نظام اسلامی،‌ تأسیسی بوده و مستلزم نظام‌سازی باشد یا این‌که نظام،‌ اکتشافی باشد، در فرایند نظام‌سازی باید در مرحله مبادی تصوّری،‌ نظام را تعریف کرده و رابطه آن با مفاهیمی مانند الگو، سازمان و نهاد را برشمرد؛‌ ابتنای نظام بر مبانی را مدّنظر قرار داد؛ مؤلفه‌ها و ارکان آن را مورد عنایت قرار داد؛ روش تأسیس یا کشف نظام را تحصیل کرده، الگوی خارجی نظام را ایجاد کرد و منابعی متناسب با آن را مدنظر قرار داد. طبعاً ضمن برشمردن ویژگی‌های نظام مطلوب، با تعیین سنجه‌هایی، آن را مورد ارزیابی قرار داد و با تفکیک میان کلان نظام، میان‌‌نظام‌ها و خرده‌‌نظام‌ها،‌ ذیل نظام اسلامی،‌ نظام‌های میانی و جزئی را و ارتباط میان آن‌ها را نیز بیان کرد و لوازم تحقّق و عینی نظام را مورد ملاحظه قرار داد. نظام سیاسی ذیل مقوله فقه نظام سیاسی،‌ طبعاً با تعیین تکلیف نسبت به این گام‌ها،‌ به سامان رسیده و محقّق خواهد شد. این تحقیق بر اساس روش‌شناسی مبتنی بر فلسفه مضاف، با نگاهی درجه دوّم به مباحث نظام‌سازی، ضمن باور به امکان نظام‌سازی اسلامی،‌ فرایند تحقّق آن را بررسی خواهد کرد. https://ijp.isca.ac.ir/article_70299_3f0eac0a08374216b11a7cf188817acd.pdf
