The findings show that the Holy Quran presents the Islamic state as the central institution that ensures the material and spiritual security of the other institutions. By referencing historical governments such as those of Talut and David, it demonstrates the necessity of religious governance in managing society. Employing inferential and indicative methods as defined in the science of <em>usul al-fiqh</em>, this study elaborates on the necessity of establishing an Islamic political system grounded in the Quran. Highlighting the role of political order in relation to foundational institutions, with particular emphasis on worldly and otherworldly security, and offering a new articulation of religion as a super-institution in relation to others, constitute the main innovations of this paper. این مقاله ضرورت تأسیس نظام سیاسی اسلامی را براساس نهادهای پنجگانه شامل خانواده، اقتصاد، بهداشت، تعلیم و تربیت، و دولت براساس آموزه‌های قرآنی بررسی می‌کند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد قرآن کریم دولت اسلامی را به‌عنوان نهاد محوری تأمین کننده امنیت مادی و معنوی سایر نهادها معرفی کرده و با اشاره به حکومت‌های تاریخی مانند طالوت و داود و‌... لزوم حاکمیت دینی را در اداره جامعه اثبات می‌کند. این مقاله با استفاده از روش استنباطی و روش دلالت که در دانش اصول فقه تبیین شده، با تکیه بر آیات قرآن کریم به تشریح ضرورت تأسیس نظام سیاسی اسلامی پرداخته است. تبیین ضرورت نظام سیاسی با توجه به نهادهای اساسی براساس آموزه‏های قرآنی، و توجه ویژه به مفهوم امنیت دنیوی و اخروی و ارائه تقریری جدید از نسبت دین به‌عنوان فرانهاد با سایر نهادها، از نوآوری‌های مقاله حاضر به شمار می‌رود https://ijp.isca.ac.ir/article_78392_8ca00de50863b5ea81d3f1929bae80fb.pdf
