Journal Article 2025 07 01 The growth of moral and spiritual virtues and the prosperity of human beings and society is one of the main purposes of Allah Almighty in sending prophets and revealing scriptures. This fundamental goal is achieved through various factors, one of which is the Islamic government. Accordingly, the main question of this research is: How, and with what provisions, can the Islamic government influence the growth of moral and spiritual virtues and the prosperity of human beings and society? Through using the views of Imam Khomeini and Shahid Ayatollah Morteza Motahari, and employing an analytical and documentary-descriptive method, this study addresses the question. The findings indicate that, from the perspective of Imam Khomeini and Shahid Motahari, the Islamic government influences the growth of moral virtues and the prosperity of human beings and society by emphasizing two attributes for the leader of the Islamic community—knowledge of divine laws and justice—and two duties for the government—the implementation of Islamic laws and the creation of a suitable environment for citizens.   رشد فضایل اخلاقی و معنوی و سعادت انسان و جامعه از اهداف اصلی خدای متعال در ارسال رُسُل و إنزال کُتُب است. این هدف اساسی توسط عوامل متعددی تحقق می‌یابد؛ که حکومت اسلامی یکی از عوامل تحقق سعادت انسان و جامعه است. بر این اساس، سؤال اصلی پژوهش این است که حکومت اسلامی چگونه و با چه تمهیداتی می‌تواند در رشد فضایل اخلاقی و معنوی و سعادت انسان و جامعه تأثیرگذار باشد؟ با استفاده از دیدگاه امام خمینی(ره) و آیت الله شهید مرتضی مطهری و با روش تحلیلی و اسنادی- استنادی به این پرسش پاسخ داده شد. یافته تحقیق این است که از نظر امام راحل و شهید مطهری، حکومت اسلامی با تأکید بر دو صفت علم به قوانین و احکام الهی و عدالت برای رهبر جامعه اسلامی، تأکید بر دو وظیفه اجرای احکام و قوانین اسلامی و ایجاد محیطی مساعد برای شهروندان برای حکومت، در رشد فضایل اخلاقی و سعادت انسان و جامعه ‌تأثیرگذار است. https://ijp.isca.ac.ir/article_78394_88df5b96f1712f5aada0be6dd33996db.pdf
