مکانة الإرهاب والعنف فی الفقه

إن هذا المقال - نظراً إلی انتشار الإرهاب والإرهابیة کأحد أهمّ أمثلة العنف فی بعض الدول الإسلامیة فی السنوات الأخیرة - أثناء بحثه لمفهوم العنف والعنف الدینی، یحاول فحص الحجج الفقهیة المقدَّمة حول الإرهاب. الادعاء الرئیسی للمقال أنه على الرغم من محاولة بعض التیارات والجماعات المتطرفة لتبریر الإرهاب من خلال تقدیم بعض الحجج الفقهیة، فإن مثل هذا الرأی لیس له خلفیة فقهیة، وهذه الحجج تفشل أیضًا فی إثبات شرعیة الإرهاب. یظهر إثبات الادعاء أنه، على عکس بعض آراء المستشرقین، لا یمکن قبول العنف المتأصل فی الإسلام من خلال الاعتماد على مثل هذه الآراء. بل على العکس من ذلک، فإن ما یبدو منطقیًا هو أن هذه الآراء هی تفسیرات خاطئة للتعالیم الدینیة التی کرستها بعض الجماعات المتطرفة، والتی أنتجت العنف فی ظروف وسیاقات معینة.
