The central issue of the present study is to explain the strategies for achieving political justice in Islamic thought, with an emphasis on the thought of Ayatollah Khamenei. By reconstructing and systematizing his views, this study seeks to analyze and explain these strategies at four levels: the producers of justice, domains, oversight, and implementation. The main research question is: What are the strategies for achieving political justice in Islamic thought and, from his perspective, how can they be explained within these four levels? The research hypothesis is based on the premise that the realization of political justice requires the interaction and interconnectedness of four categories of strategies: justice-producing strategies, including rationality, piety, spirituality, and the comprehensive adoption of Islamic values; structural strategies, including adherence to the rule of law, just laws, and equality of all before the law; oversight strategies, including informed demands for accountability and public oversight; and implementation strategies, including acquiring the power and decisiveness necessary for implementation. These strategies, as complementary links in a chain, provide the foundation for the realization and sustainability of political justice. In terms of its objective, this is a fundamental study, and methodologically, it is descriptive-analytical. The data were collected through documentary research, drawing on his works, messages, and statements, and were examined using a conceptual and inferential approach in order to extract and explain a strategic model for achieving political justice in Islamic thought, particularly in the thought of the Leader.
